摘要
本文提出一种新的旅游开发规划思路—体验导向型景区开发模式,从模式提出的背景、依据以及模式的开发思想、目标、前提、原则和步骤等方面,对体验导向型景区开发模式做了初步的系统理论研究,起抛砖引玉作用。
Since B.Joseph. Pine II and James H.Gilrnore put forward "the advent of the Age of Experience Economy", experience has been received more attention and study in tourism. Based on the pattern of the background, theoretical and practical basis, this article brings forward one kind of new tourism development idea--experience-oriented scenic area development model. Tourism is, in essence, a certain activity in which people leave the usual environment to other places to seek experience. Scenic Spot is an important place for the completion of the travel experience, so the exploitation of scenic spots must focus on the tourist's experience. Experience-oriented development model makes the scenic tourist area as theater, the building of scenic spot as scene, food-eating, lodging, travel, visiting, shopping and entertainment as the props, and at the center of tourists creates memorable experience. Scenic tourist area exploitation must be based on the creation of memorable experiences and feelings, namely, choosing, utilizing the resources and exploiting the tourism items at the center of tourist's experience. In essence, it is demanded around the visitor's experience to design, develop appropriate tourism products. Through the theme and diversity of the tourism experience, and through the changes of experience forms and the same level experience, to create a different kind of experience in effect, to create an unforgettable experiences and feelings so scenic spots achieve sustained growth. Therefore, at the center of tourist's experience, the building of a continuous update, rich and diverse experience of tourists system is a new model for the development of scenic spots. This article also compares scenic experience-oriented development model with the traditional resource-oriented, market-oriented and product-oriented model and makes a preliminary system theoretical study on the new model, which offers a few ordinary introductory remarks so that others may offer their valuable ideas.
