高性能耐候建筑钢的焊接性能研究

摘要 对高性能耐候建筑用钢的手弧焊和埋弧焊焊接接头力学性能、组织结构、最高硬度以及电化学腐蚀性能进行研究。试验结果表明,该钢具有优异的焊接性能、较低的焊接冷裂纹敏感性和良好的耐大气腐蚀性能。 The weldability of weather-resistance, high-strength construction steel is studied and so are the mechanical properties, microstructure, maximum hardness and electrochemical corrosion resistance of the weld metal, fusion line and heat affected zone. The results show that the steel has superior weldability, low cold-cracking sensitivity and good weather corrosion resistance.
