纳米ZnO-TiO_2复合光催化剂的制备与表征 被引量:10

摘要 以Ti(SO4)2和ZnSO4.7H2O为原料,以一定体积分数的乙醇作溶剂,用改进后的共沉淀法制备纳米ZnO-TiO2复合光催化材料,探讨了Zn与Ti物质的量之比、煅烧温度、乙醇体积分数等制备条件对样品光催化活性的影响,并采用XRD,TG-DSC,BET,UV等测试手段对其进行表征。光催化活性测试表明,初次使用和重复使用2次后的ZnO-TiO2纳米复合材料对甲基橙的降解率均远高于TiO2。 With Ti(SO4)2 and ZnSO4·7H2O used as raw materials and ethanol as solvent, nanometer ZnO-TiO2 was prepared by modified coprecipitation method. The effects of Ti-Zn ratio, calcination temperature, and ethanol concentration on photocatalytic activity were investigated. The samples were characterized by XRD, TG-DSC, BET and UV, etc. , and the results of photocatalytic degradation of methyl orange indicate that the photocatalytic activity of nano-ZnO-TiO2 after the first use and the third use are higher than that of TiO2.
