摘要
以Bi(NO3)3.5H2O和Ti(SO4)2为反应物,用乙醇助水热法制备了钛酸铋光催化剂,并研究了水热温度、水热时间对样品光催化活性的影响。用X射线衍射表征了样品的结构,紫外-可见漫反射光谱测试显示含有Bi12TiO20的样品吸收带发生了红移,比表面积及孔结构分析表明样品的比表面积远远高于化学溶剂分解法制备的钛酸铋的比表面积。以甲基橙为模拟污染物,评价了样品的光催化性能,发现当水热反应温度为140℃、水热反应时间为1.5 h时,样品的光催化活性最高。
Bismuth titanate photocatalyst was synthesized by using Bi(NO3)3 · 5H2O and Ti(SO4)2 as reactants via an ethyl-assisted hydrothermal method, and the influence of hydrothermal temperatures and hydrothermal time was studied. The structures of the samples were signified by XRD, and the UV-vis absorption spectra results revealed that the samples containing Bi12 TiO20 had red-shifted. BET testing result showed that surface area of the as-prepared sample was higher than that prepared by chemical solution decomposition method. The photocatalytic property of the samples was evaluated by using methyl orange as simulated contaminants. When hydrothermal temperature is 140 ℃and hydro- thermal time is 1.5 h, the as-prepared sample demonstrates the highest photocatalytic activity.
