一种基于系数差分的SPECK图像压缩算法 被引量:2

An improved SPECK image compression algorithm based on coefficient difference

摘要 提出一种改进的SPECK图像压缩算法,利用提升小波变换后的系数相关的特点,对系数低频部分先采用无损的差分处理,再采用位平面编码;对高频部分采用原始SPECK算法。结果表明,差分处理优化了原SPECK算法,在相同比特率下,压缩效果优于原始SPECK算法。 This paper presents an improved SPECK image compression algorithm, which, making use of the high relativity of low frequency coefficient after wavelet transform, differentiates the low frequency coefficients. And the high frequency coefficients are encoded with SPECK algorithm. The experimental results show that difference processing has optimized SPECK algorithm, leading to better compression than SPECK algorithm when the bit rate is the same.
