摘要
以白城地区为例,依据洪水资源利用因地制宜的原则,提出了从措施选择、系统构成与不同量级洪水的实时分量进行水资源利用的优化配置并建立了系统模型,由计算结果可得出不同频率洪水的优化配置水量,为洪水资源利用实事调配管理提供借鉴。
Taking Baicheng region as an example, this paper presents a flood resources optimal allocation model based on the principle of flood resources utilization, which consists of selection measures, system design and real-time distribution of flood in different frequency. The optimal flood allocation quantities of different frequency are obtained from the calculated results and it provides the reference for real-time management and distribution of flood resources utilization.
