摘要
针对葛洲坝电站#1、#2水轮发电机组推力轴承长期运行中存在的安全运行隐患,为提高机组安全可靠稳定运行对#1机组的平衡块式推力轴承进行了改造,采用弹性油箱托盘支柱式推力轴承。运行结果,推力轴承瓦温、油温稳定,实践表明170 MW机组推力轴承改造是成功的、可行的。
Aiming at the safety hidden trouble of thrust bearing for Gezhouba hydro plant ^# l and ^#2 unit in long period operation, it is replaced by the elastic oil sump shoring thrust bearing in order to improve unit's safety and reliability of operation. The operation results show that temperatures of thrust bearing pads and oil are stable. So it proved that the improvement of 170MW unit's thrust bearing is successful and feasible
