摘要
以330 kV西海—乌兰输电工程为实例,介绍输电线路全面应用拉瓦—洛斯达技术,在数字化基础上实现了从路径选择、电线选择到杆塔规划及排位设计的全过程优化。线路排位最优化结果表明,该技术为实际工程提供了准确材料量和工程量,具有显著的综合效益,为工程决策和招投标创造了有利技术条件。
Taking the 330kV power transmission lines project from xihai to wulan as an example, this paper introduces Helava and North-Star techniques to power transmission lines and optimizes route, lines, poles and towers planning and allocation design based on digital map. The results show that this technology provides precise material and engineering capacity for practical project. It has remarkable benefit and offers favorable conditions for the project decision-making and bidding.
