摘要
研究了一种可用于炼油装置的湿硫化氢防护的咪唑啉类缓蚀剂,并对其缓蚀效果作了评价。在有机酸和有机胺摩尔比为1:(1.1~1.5),140~240℃,分散剂A存在条件下,合成出了理想的湿硫化氢的缓蚀剂。当缓蚀剂用量为20 mg/L时,缓蚀率为95%,为炼油装置的湿硫化氢的腐蚀防护提供参考。
The corrosion inhibitor for the wet H2S stream in refineries was synthesized, with the organic acid/ organic amine 1 : (1.1 - 1.5) and dispersing agent A, and at 140 - 240 ℃, the suitable corrosion inhibitor for the wet H2S stream was obtained. With 20 mg/L dosage, the inhibition rate was over 95%.
