摘要 根据低压配电网动态无功补偿原理,确定补偿电容器容量及方法,以无功补偿降低电能损耗减少用电单位的电费开支为理论基础,建立了计算配电网系统节约电能和用户节约电费的数学模型,并结合实际动态无功补偿装置,用8098汇编语言设计了节能和节电计算程序。通过算例计算分析,结果表明无功补偿有较好的经济和社会效益。 According to the principle of dynamic reactive compensation of low-voltage power network, capacity and method of compensation capacitor were determined. In order to reduce electric energy consumption by reactive compensation and to increase electricity ex- pense of power users, a mathematic model calculating saved electric energy of the distribution network system and saved electric charge of users was established. namic reactive compensation device, the 8098 assembly language In the light was used to of actual dydesign energy-saving and power-saving calculating programs. The results showed that the reactive comensation had better economic and social benefits by calculation and analysis of calculating examples.
