基于现场总线和PLC控制的污水处理监控系统的设计与实现

Design and Realization for Sewage Treatment Monitor-control System Based on Field-bus and PLC Control

简要介绍福州金山污水处理厂现行的工艺过程监控与自动控制方案,对采用SBR工艺的污水处理设备、过程监控对象的特点及采取的自动控制逻辑进行分析,重点论述现场总线和PLC控制在该系统的应用及原设计院的控制思想的进一步优化,最终取得较好的经济效益及社会效益。

This article brief introduces thepresent technological process monitoring and the automatic control scheme in Fuzhou Jinshan Sewage Treatment Plant, analyzes the automatic control logic and the process monitoring characteristic for the sewage treatment equipments in using the SBR treatment, explains the application of the field-bus and the PLC control in this system and the evaluations ofthe old auto-control system with emphasis ,which have obtained better economic and social benefits.
