摘要 通过对车间实际需求与现行生产模式的分析,提出实时排程模式下的车间生产调度系统的设计思想,详细介绍系统的功能模块,开发满足车间多种需要的车间生产调度软件系统,实现基于遗传算法的自动排程和基于Agent的自动导航与派工技术,同时系统还为车间生产中的异常扰动事件提供了响应处理机制,很大程度上提高了车间生产管理水平和生产效率。 By analyzing the actual demand of workshop and the pattern of present production, discusses the design scheme of production scheduling system in the pattern of real-time scheduling, detailedly introduces the function modules, develops the software system of production scheduling which meets the workshop with many kinds of needs, implements the technologies of automatic scheduling based on genetic algorithm and automatic navigation and dispatching based on Agent, and the system also provides reactive measure of exception handling in shop production. It greatly improve the production management level and the production efficiency in workshop.
