血清胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂C浓度在肝脏疾病中的变化和意义

Variety and Clinical Significance of Serum Cystatin C in Liver Diseases

目的探讨血清半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂C(cystatin C,Cys C)浓度在肝脏疾病中的变化和临床意义。方法用微粒子增强免疫比浊法检测患者血清Cys C,同时检测ALT,AST,TBIL,GGT,PT(INR)。结果肝病组患者血清中Cys C浓度高于对照组,其中乙肝、肝硬化、肝癌组分别为0.97±0.21,1.32±0.21,1.29±0.21 mg/L,与对照组(0.72±0.16 mg/L)相比差异非常显著。Cys C在肝病中升高的阳性率要高于其它常用肝功能生化指标。结论血清Cys C浓度在肝脏疾病中显著升高,且阳性率要高于其它常用肝功能生化指标。

Objective To discuss the variety and clinical significance of serum cystatin C in liver diseases. Methods The concentrations of serum cystatin C in patients with liver diseases were assayed by micropartical enhanced turbidimetry. ALT,AST,TBIL,GGT and PT（INR）were assayed at the same time. Results The concentrations of serum cystatin C in liver diseases were higher than that of the control group. The results of hepatitis B,hepatocirrhosis and hepatocarcinoma group were 0.97±0.21 ,1.32±0.21 and 1.29±0, 21 mg/L respectively and higher than that of the control group（0. 72± 0. 16 mg/L）. The positive rate of cystatin C in liver diseases was higher than that of the other biochemical markers. Con- clusion The concentration of serum cystatin C is significant elevated . The positive rate of cystatin C in liver diseases is higher than that of the other biochemical markers.
