宫颈癌裸鼠模型的建立和应用进展 被引量:2

摘要 近年在临床基础上进行回顾性研究探讨宫颈癌相关病因、诊断指标及愈后的同时,日益重视建立动物模型进行前瞻性研究。宫颈癌裸鼠模型的建立为其侵袭转移机制的研究、治疗药物的筛选、治疗方法的选择提供了重要的手段和研究工具,为进一步改善宫颈癌患者的预后直至治愈开辟了广泛的研究途径。通过对模型的种类、制作方法和应用进行综述,提出了一些有待深入研究的问题。
