摘要
目的:观察绿脓杆菌繁殖体和纤细状菌在水中的生存过程,以证实绿脓杆菌纤细状菌在自然界的普遍存在性及其生理意义。方法:将绿脓杆菌纤细状菌和繁殖体接种于无营养成分的生理盐水和蒸馏水中,置于37℃和28℃,动态观察其形态变化过程及存活情况。结果:在水中,绿脓杆菌能出现纤细状形态和短小状形态的交替,交替过程中大部分细菌死亡,少量细菌发生潜-生序性变化得以存活。结论:绿脓杆菌纤细状菌和繁殖体在水中的变化过程具有确定的非周期性(Definitenonperiodity),其生存过程呈一类似衰减的阻尼振荡过程。
Objective: Under such conditions as SubMIC antibiotics and artificial fluctuating culture, pseudomona aeruginosa (PA) undergoes latentgrowth sequency change to develop from shortsmall cells to threadshaped ones. To demonstrate the widespread existence of PA in nature, we observed its survival process in water. Methods: The threadshaped cells and vegetatvie cells of PA were isolated and put into the normal saline and distilled water and then kept at 37℃ and 28℃ to observe the morphological changes and survival process of the cells dynamically. Results: In water, PA alternated between threadshaped form and darkshort form. Some bacterial cells died and others survived through latentgrowth sequency change. Conclusion: The changes of thread-shaped cells and vegetative cells in water possess a definite nonperiodity and their survival process is just like a damping oscillation.
