摘要
测试了Q345B钢的高温力学性能,鉴别了铸坯裂纹处析出物的类型,在此基础上分析了连铸坯角裂形成原因,并提出了消除角裂的工艺措施。
The mechanical property of steel Q345B at elevated temperature is tested and the type of the precipitates existing at the cracks is identified and thereupon cause to formation of the corner cracks is analyzed and the processing measures to eliminate the defect accordingly is put forward.
