硫铁矿烧渣湿法制备铁红的简易工艺研究

Study on Simple Wet Process for Preparing Iron Red by Sulfurous Iron Ore Residue

在对硫铁矿烧渣全铁含量以及组分研究的基础上,运用湿法工艺以硫铁矿烧渣为原料制备铁红,省去了利用专用还原剂还原的步骤。研究了高温硫酸还原的最佳条件,试验确定了制备铁红的简易工艺,节省了试剂与能源。采用该工艺制取的铁红纯度为92%～94%。

Based on the study of the entire iron contents and components in the sulfurous iron ore residue, the iron red is prepared with the sulfurous iron ore residue by the wet process, which omits the step of using the special reducer and so saves the agents and energy sources. The condition thereof is optimized. The purity of the product therefrom is up to 92% -94%.
