2007年,中国食品工业保持继续快速增长势头。目前,食品工业的发展呈现出以下特点一是部分食品企业加工技术和装备接近或达到国际领先水平。肉制品、乳制品、饮料、啤酒等行业的大型企业普遍拥有世界一流水平的生产设备和检验设备,产品质量得到了保证;膜分离、无菌冷灌装、浓缩、冷加工等加工关键技术的开发和应用,缩短了中国食品加工技术和装备与国际先进水平的差距。二是企业质量管理更加科学规范。
