Lubrication,a key factor affecting food safety

近年来由于食品安全事件的频频发生，食品安全成为了全球关注的焦点。借助于日益发达的物流系统，食品销售市场不仅限于本地区或本国，国际间的食品贸易也在不断增加。因此由于食品安全问题而产生的食品召回、消费者投诉以及法律诉讼等问题，不仅影响到公司的经营状况和品牌声誉，甚至会影响国际间的贸易和国家之间的关系。因此目前各国对食品的安全性和质量都极其重视，我国在2007年8月发表的《食品质量安全白皮书》也把食品质量安全提到一个十分重要的高度。

With the consumers＇ demand increasing and regulations regarding food safety improving, food industry has developed from traditional hand work to mechanization. All kinds of machinery are widely applied in almost all the procedures of food processing, including raw material handling, processing, filling and packaging. So lubrication becomes very essential to the machinery and thus used frequently. But it also would bring about safety hazards if we fail to use it properly.
