资本结构理论研究新进展

摘要本文对资本结构理论的最新进展做一综述。主要涉及三个领域:一是行为金融与资本结构理论的结合;二是企业违反债务契约条款后债权人行使控制权对企业资本结构决策的影响;三是企业非财务利益相关者(竞争者、供应商、顾客和雇员)与企业资本结构决策之间的关系。
