摘要
环境变化使我国OEM厂商面临企业升级的巨大压力。本文在实地调研的基础上,对比研究两家背景相似的卫浴五金企业从OEM到ODM、OBM的升级过程,比较分析两者分别以ODM与OBM为导向的升级路径的差异,总结归纳了两家企业升级的关键成功因素,具体包括构建先进研发能力、建立原材料"战略供应商制度"与客户的"议价机制"、建立企业的商誉和信用、建立客户网络以分散客户集中风险等。最后指出OEM企业升级过程中存在的问题以及相应的对策建议。
Traditional OEM enterprises were facing pressure of upgrading because of environment changing. The paper carried out a comparative case study on two bathroom hardware products manufactures. The paper analyzed the enterprises upgrading process from OEM to ODM and OBM, to the other Chinese OEM manufacturers for reference and seeking an independent road of innovation in the process of the development of enterprises, so as to upgrade national brands in the world influence.
