摘要
考察了氧化镁湿法脱硫不同涂层表面结垢的微观形貌,研究结果表明:脱硫浆液的pH值、试片表面状况及涂层表面性质均与脱硫过程结垢有关,表面光滑的涂层结垢较少,金属腐蚀有加重结垢的趋势。结晶结垢的微观形貌较规整、垢样坚硬。
The microscopic appearance of different coating surface scale in the magnesia wet flue gas desulfurization process has been studied. The test results indicate that the desulphurization process scale is involved with the slurry pH value,specimen surface condition and coating surface properties, The scale becomes fewer when the coating surface is smoother. The metal corrosion has the tendency of serious scalling, The microscopic appearance of crystallization scaling is neat and the scale specimen is hard.
