摘要
机柜减振器系统对改善车载电子设备的振动环境作用巨大,可有效提高设备的可靠性,但由于系统的复杂,模型与实际有较大出入,减振器试验选型可有效检验减振系统的实际减振效果,帮助完善减振器系统的设计。文中对四种典型减振器进行车载机柜垂向试验测试,测试结果表明无谐振峰减振器减振效果最好,但低频共振现象不容忽视。
Vibration isolator system greatly improves the dynamic environment of vehicle-borne electronics equipments. It can effectively increase the reliability of the equipments. Due to the complexity of the system, the actual structure is different from the theoretical model, therefore the vibration test can validate the effectiveness of the isolator system and improve the isolation system design. This article analyses the four typical types of isolators by the vertical direction vibration test, found that the noresonasnce isolator do better than others in vibration isolating.
