摘要
在雷达等复杂电子武器产品设计过程中,由于受设计经验和研制周期等因素的影响,细节设计往往有不尽如人意之处。但就是这些看似无关紧要的细节设计缺陷,直接影响着武器装备的正常使用,甚至导致重大事故的发生。文章从机械设计的角度,对电子武器装备设计过程中细节设计所包含的内容、细节设计对产品性能的影响进行了初步分析讨论,并对如何做好细节设计、提升产品设计质量提出了一些建议。
In the processes of designing complex electronic weapons, e.g. radar, some imperfect designs may exist due to the absence of designing experiences and the confinement of the design cycle. These defects in the designing details may prevent the equipments from normal operation or induce grave accidents. Considering these problems above, based on the concrete problems of designing details and the influences of designing details on the equipment characteristics, an elementary analysis has been performed from the perspective of mechanical designing, and personal advices on how to achieve sound detailed design and upgrade the designing quality are suggested.
