摘要
文中研究了提高柔性加工机床加工精度的方法。首先对柔性加工设备产生误差原因和影响数控机床精度的因素进行分析,介绍了定位精度的测量方法,其次阐述数控机床的动态特性和数学模型,根据数控机床的进给系统的动态特性和数学模型,对机床进给系统的失动量的产生原因进行了分析,对失动量的消除方法提出几种措施,最后对提高柔性加工设备精度提出对策并介绍定位精度误差补偿的原理和方法。
Methods of improving machining precision are presented for the flexible-manufacturing system. Firstly, the methods of orientation precision are obtained based on the error of the flexile manufacturing system and the factors affecting precision of numerical controlled machine tool. Then, the model of numerically con- trolled machine is built up and the motionless of numerically controlled machine is analyzed. Further, some ways are presented to deduce the motionless. Finally, the solution of improving machining precision of flexible manufacturing system, and introduced the principle and methods of orientation precision error compensation.
