摘要
目的探讨静脉淤血组织最终成活的内在机制。方法选择兔耳建立静脉淤血的皮瓣模型,采用活体微循环动态观察的方法,通过观察窗了解静脉淤血组织内部微循环的变化。结果皮瓣静脉淤血后,其原有微循环系统的状况不断恶化,进而观察到微血管新生的淤血组织最终成活。结论微血管的新生对静脉淤血组织的成活,起了至关重要的作用。
Objective To explore the survival mechanism of tissues with venous - congested tissues. Methotis A veno - congested flap model from rabbit ear was established for long - term observation of the microcirculation, and the microcirculation these tissues was observed carefully. Results The original circulation system of the flaps got worse after venous congestion, but the tissues with nascent capillaries ultimately survived. Conclusion Nascent capillaries play an important role in the survival of congested tissue.
