摘要
随着对超声微泡造影剂研究的不断深入,人们发现微泡受一定强度超声辐照后会破裂并产生空化效应,从而使局部毛细血管破裂,血管内容物外渗并在局部引起炎症反应,其产生的炎症因子可促进局部组织血管新生,据此可以用来治疗一些缺血性疾病。本文就超声微泡造影剂促进血管新生之机制和应用前景作一综述。
With the unceasing studies on ultrasound contrast agent, it has been found that ultrasound - mediated microbubble destruction can make capillaries rupture and cause inflammatory reaction. The inflammatory factors produced in inflammation can facilitate angiogenesis of local tissue, which can treat some ischemic diseases. This review describes the mechanism and promising application of angiogenesis facilitated by microbubble destruction.
