摘要
根据传热学建立了脉冲热压焊的焊咀温度分布模型,对该模型进行分析、计算,得到了焊咀端部温度分布是否分布均匀的临界尺寸公式。结果表明:当焊咀端部大于临界尺寸时,其温度分布不均匀,焊咀端面中心线上温度最高;在焊咀材料和长度一定的情况,通过延长焊接时间,可使焊咀温度分布均匀。
The temperature distribution model of heater tip was set up based on the principle of heat transfer. The model was analyzed and established, then the formula of critical dimension was got, which was related to the temperature distribution of heater tip, The results show that the temperature distribution is not uniformity when the length of heater tip is greater than its critical dimension. And the maximum temperature value is at the central line of the heater tip surface. When the material and the length of heater tip are fixed on, the temperature distribution can be uniformity through prolonging the soldering time.
