摘要
针对焊接工艺滞后市场需求与CAD/CAPP/CAM的集成化要求问题,从太原重工金属结构件焊接工艺设计出发,开发了局部智能化的焊接CAPPc(omputer aided process planning)系统。它不仅减轻工艺人员的工作负担、缩短生产周期,而且对企业PDM数据的集成共享,改善企业技术与管理水平、提高企业市场竞争能力有重要作用。
In view of the questions of weld procedure lagging behind market demand and integrating request of CAD/CAPP/CAM, a partly intellectualized CAPP system that embarked on the design of weld procedure of the TaiZhong's metal structure parts was developed. The system shortened the production cycle, and played an important role in realizing integration and sharing of enterprise PDM data, improving enterprise level of technology and management, enhancing enterprise ability of market competition.
