首先对数字管道概念进行了简述,然后重点对数字管道的建设内容,主要包括勘查设计、工程建设、运营管理、核心数据库及框图结构等具体内容进行了详细讲述,接着对数字管道的关键技术,主要对4S,4I和安全技术进行了简要阐述,最后对数字管道的意义进行了简述。对目前的数字管道的建设具有一定的现实和指导意义。

The concept of digital pipeline is first described. Then construction content of digital pipeline, mainly including investigation, design, engineering, construction, operation, management, the core database and the diagram structure and so on, is presented detail. And the essential technology of digital pipeline, mainly 4S, 4I and the security technology is introduced. Finally the summary of the digital pipeline significance has been studied. It has the certain reality and the significant instruction to the present digital pipeline construction.
