摘要 间歇反应由于主副反应竞争、放热剧烈、压力随温度急剧变化等特性,其控制始终是一个棘手的问题。选用过程与控制实验系统(MPCE)中的间歇反应作为对象,西门子过程控制系统(PCS7 BOX)作控制器,通过PCS7软件进行硬件和软件组态,设计并实现了间歇反应自动控制系统。该系统包括自动开车、正常生产控制、安全监控等3大部分。反应温度采用专家控制方法,进行温度分段控制。结果表明系统能够可靠有效地运行,很好地满足了工艺要求。 Control of batch reaction process has been a intractable problem for its special characteristics, such as competition between main and assistant reaction, releasing heat rapidly and pressure is changing quickly along with temperature. Here, the batch reactor in MPCE (multifunction process control equipment) is chose as the controlled object and the SIMATIC PCS 7 BOX as controller. The automatic control system for batch reactor is designed and realized by hardware configuration and software configuration on PCS 7 BOX. The whole system consists of automatic start-up, control in normal situation and safety monitoring, etc. Expert system is applied for the subsection control of temperature. Application of the control system has shown that it can control effectively and reliably and be satisfied for the requirement of process.
