解脲脲原体阴道炎动物模型建立及强力霉素治疗疗效观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的建立由解脲脲原体感染引起的小鼠阴道炎模型并了解强力霉素对感染小鼠的疗效。方法昆明小鼠60只。随机分5组。采用注射外源性雌激素,阴道接种解脲脲原体标准菌株的方法建立小鼠阴道炎模型。模型建立成功后,治疗组进行一疗程强力霉素治疗(2mg/kg)。结果小鼠全部感染成功。感染后小鼠有非淋菌性尿道炎类似的临床表现。解脲脲原体感染可逆行波及其他器官。用药后治疗组和感染对照组感染率有差异(P<0.05)。治疗组小鼠仍有部分未消除解脲脲原体感染。结论建立了解脲脲原体感染小鼠致生殖道炎症的模型;单一疗程的强力霉素治疗不能完全清除解脲脲原体。 Objective To establish the vaginal infection mice model due to ureaplasma urealyticum and to evaluate the therapeutic effect of deoxycycline. Methods 50 mice was divided into 4 group randomly. Oestradiol benzoate was given and ureaplasma urealyticum was inoculated. After the establishment of the mice model,the deoxycycline was given to the treatment group intraperitoneally(2 mg/kg). Results The mice were all infected. The infection due to ureaplasma urealyticum was spread to the other organs. The infection rate between the model group and treatment group was different ( P 〈 0.05 ). Only part of the mice in the treatment group were cured. Conclusion The establishment of genital tract infection mice mode is successful. Ureaplasma urealyticum cannot be cleared by the single course of deoxycycline treatment.
