摘要
目的了解急性砷中毒对眼部的损害。方法对多起共147例(294眼)急性三氧化二砷(ATO)中毒后眼部损害检查并系统观察。结果急性ATO中毒引起眼畏光,流泪,结膜充血,视力下降,视神经炎及视野缩小。结论急性砷中毒危害眼睛,应加强职业防护。
Objective To study the effects of acute arsenic poisoning on human eyes. Methods We observed the effects of 294 eyes which were damaged by arsenic trioxide. And we did some opthalmie examinations on them. Results Patients that are poisoned by acute arsenic appeared photophbla, lacrimation, conjunctivitis hypermia,blurring of vision,papillitis and so on. Conclusions Acute arsenic poisoning can do great harm to human eyes and we should strength professional protection.
