摘要 目的探讨准分子激光角膜上皮瓣下磨镶术(LASEK)治疗近视的疗效。方法对49例(91眼)角膜厚度不适合LASIK手术的近视者行LASEK手术,观察术后视力、屈光度及并发症情况。结果84眼(92.31%)术后视力达到或超过术前最佳矫正视力。术后屈光度有向近视回退的趋势,术后仍有角膜雾状浑浊(haze)等并发症的出现,且haze的发生表现出屈光度及性别差异。结论LASEK适合角膜薄的近视者,有较好的手术效果,但要重视其并发症,超高度近视慎行LASEK。 Objective To observe the clinical effects of LASEK on myopia. Methods LASEK surgery had been done on 49 cases (91 eyes) of myopia whose corneal thickness were not fitting for LASIK. After the operation, the patients' vision, diaopter and complication bad been observed. Results The postoperative correct vision were equal to or better than the preoperative correct vision in 84 eyes (92. 31% ). Some cases had corneal haze and some cases had refraction regression, and their haze had relationship to diaopter. Conclusions LASEK is a good surgery method for myopia with thin cornea, and we also need take attention to the postoperative complication.
