心包膜移植在结膜囊成形术中的应用

Use of pericardium in the plastic surgery of conjunctival sac

目的探讨保存入心包膜移植治疗结膜囊狭窄的效果及安全性。方法伴有结膜囊狭窄的眼球摘除术后综合症26例（26眼），利用心包膜移植部分结膜囊成形术，术后随访观察1～12个月，平均6个月。结果24眼在30～60d移植的心包膜被结膜覆盖，感染1例，另1例结膜囊狭窄。结论保存心包膜移植治疗结膜囊狭窄取材方便，疗效较好，操作简单。

Objective To investigate the effect and safety of preserved human pericardium in the treatment of conjunctival sac narrow. Methods 26 eyes（26 cases） with narrow of conjunctival sac were treated by preserved human pericardium to repair the conjunctival sac and were followed up for 1-12 months （ averaged 6 months）. Results The pericardium were covered by conjunctiva 30-60 clays after surgery, 1 case was infected and 1 remained conjunctival sac narrow. Conclusions For treatment of conjunctival sac narrow,pericardium has the characteristics of easy getting, easy manipulation and effective results.
