人骨肉瘤中bFGF、Endostatin表达及其临床意义

摘要 目的探讨bFGF和Endostatin在人骨肉瘤中的表达及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组化Elivision两步法检测30例骨肉瘤和30例骨软骨瘤中bFGF、Endostatin和CD34的表达。结果(1)在骨肉瘤中bFGF、Endostatin和CD34的阳性率分别为76.7%、86.7%、96.7%,三者在骨肉瘤和骨软骨瘤中的阳性表达率均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。(2)Endostatin与CD34在骨肉瘤中表达存在正相关关系(P<0.05),相关系数rs为0.528,Endostatin表达在组织高、低分化间有显著性差异(P<0.05),Endostatin表达与骨肉瘤转移有关(P<0.05)。(3)骨肉瘤标本中bFGF与Endostatin表达不存在相关关系(P>0.05)。结论骨肉瘤内血管新生不仅为肿瘤生长提供条件,也是转移的基础。Endostatin可作为术后肿瘤转移的预测因子及判断预后的参考指标。 Objective To study the expression of bFGF and endostatin in osteosarcoma, and discuss their clinical significance. Methods The expression of bFGF, endostatin and CD34 were detected through immunohistochemical Elivision method in 30 cases of osteosarcoma and 30 cases of osteochondroma, All data were analysed with software SPSS 13.0 to study the expression of and correlation among the parameters, Results (1) The positive expression rate of bFGF, endostatin and CD34 protein in osteosarcoma were 76.7%, 86.7%, 96.7%, respectively. There was significant difference between osteosarcoma and osteochondroma groups. (P 〈 0.01). (2) A positive correlation between the expression rate of endostatin and CD34 was found in osteosarcoma group (P 〈 0.05, rs = 0.528). The expression rate of endostatin in poor differentiated tumors was much higher than that in good differentiated ones. The endostatin expression was related to the metastasis of osteosarcoma. Conclusions Neovascularization within the tumor is not only an important factor in tumor growth, but also the basis of metastasis. It may act as an adjuvant indicator for both the grading of malignancy and prognosis.
