造血干细胞移植治疗类风湿关节炎的研究进展 被引量：2

摘要 类风湿关节炎（rheumatoid arthritis，RA）是一种发病机理尚不十分明确的致残性自身免疫性疾病，我国的发病率为0．32％～0．36％。患者发病后10年至少有50％失去工作能力，平均寿命缩短5～10年。传统的治疗方法包括非甾体类抗炎药（NSAID）、慢作用抗风湿药（DMARDS）、糖皮质激素、生物制剂等，虽能使部分患者的病情得到部分缓解，但不能治愈；
