摘要
某高层钢结构住宅采用钢管混凝土柱,钢管柱内混凝土为自密实混凝土.通过对自密实混凝土配合比的研究及实验,使混凝土的塌落度、延展度、流淌性等指标达到要求,施工中采用免振捣的方法解决施工难题,并通过免振捣试块、敲击观察、超声检测等方法对施工完的钢管混凝土进行检测,数据显示未振捣的混凝土施工质量满足要求.
High-rise residential Steel Pipe concrete columns, a kind of steel pipe with concrete column for the self-compacting concrete, are used in building. Based on the self-compacting concrete of research and experiments, the collapse, extension, flowing of the concrete fulfil the requirements. The vibration-free method of problem solving is used, through self-compaction test block, percussion observations, with the methods of ultrasonic testing of concrete-filled steel tube construction end test. The data shows that non-vibrated concrete construction meets the quality requirements.
