摘要
文章采用水提醇沉法对当归多糖进行提取分离,采用酶联免疫吸附反应分析当归多糖对脾淋巴细胞IFN-γ、IL-2的诱生作用。结果表明当归多糖对ConA诱导的淋巴细胞分泌IFN-γ、IL-2有明显的促进作用,并且有明显的剂量依赖性。
To extract and separate the polysaccharides from angelica, and to study on the activity of immunity of purified polysaccharides from Angelica, the activity of immunity of polysaccharides from angelica was studied by Elisa of IFN-γ and IL 2. The polysaccharides' numerical value of the concentration of IFN-γ and IL2 was higher than that of the blank and lentinan. The polysaccharides from angelica could induce the secretion of IFN-γ and IL-2 of lymphocyte.
