摘要
通过介绍目前已获准上市和进入临床研究的各种光动力药物,综述国内外对光动力药物的研究与开发。光动力疗法是一种用于肿瘤、视网膜黄斑变性、光化性角化病、类风湿性关节炎等多种疾病的新兴疗法。
The research and development of photodynamic drugs at home and abroad were reviewed and some marketed and clinically studied photodynamic drugs were introduced. Photodynamic therapy is a new and developing approach for treating different diseases, such as cancers, age-related macular degeneration, actinic keratosis, rheumatoid arthritis and so on.
