摘要
根据"以就业为导向、能力为本位"的基本原则以及社会对专业人才的需求,提出商务英语专业应整合和优化课程设置,加强师资队伍建设,强化职业技能,重视综合素质的培养,构建"语言+知识+能力+素质"四位一体的多元化人才培养模式。
