引进丰田技术教育系统的实践与思考

摘要 丰田技术教育系统(T-TEP)的岗前培训、工学结合的特色明显,在引进T-TEP并经过2年多的实践,从课程设置、教学内容和教学要求等特点的分析入手对丰田技术教育进行了思考。在人文素质教育方面,应在高校教学上传承和发扬;在职业能力培养方面,学习先进的职教模式对专业培养计划等进行改革。 The characteristics of Toyota technical education program (T- TEP) are obvious in training and work- study combination. Through introducing into and implementing the Toyota technical education system more than two years. Some characteristics on curriculum setting, course content and teaching request are analyzed and the pattern of Toyota technical education is pondered: The humanities quality aspect should be inherited and developed in Higher education; the vocational education aspect should be reformed on specialty cultivating plan from studying advanced vocational education pattern.
