摘要
设计了一种大功率白光LED的驱动电路.选择开关电源作为驱动方案,在组成Buck型开关转换器的基础上,用脉冲宽度调制(PWM)方式来控制功率负载管的开关,实现了直流输出;同时设计了带隙基准偏置电压源、运算放大器、误差放大器、电压比较器、以及过压保护电路等单元模块.
The power LED driver circuit is designed. Switching power supply is chosen to driver power LED, and the switch component (PMOS transistor) is controlled by the pulse width modulation (PWM) in Buck converter resulting in a direct current output. The designs of cell circuits such as band-gap bias voltage reference, operation amplifier, error amplifier, voltage comparator and the circuits which prevent switch component from excessive voltage are introduced.
