摘要
采用有限元法对薄壁曲母线TC4钛合金构件旋压成形进行了模拟计算,分析了旋压不同阶段坯料应力应变状态和旋压工艺参数对旋压成形的影响,并初步优化了工艺参数,在有限元数值模拟基础上,成功旋制了高精度试验件.试验结果表明,有限元模拟对旋压具有指导意义,可以提高旋压合格率,降低研制成本,并缩短研制周期.
The spinning process for TC4 alloy is simulated by the means of FEM numerical simulation, and the stress-strain status of different areas in raw material during different step and the influences of spinning parameters are analyzed, and the parameters are optimized. At the same time, high precision products are successfully produced on the basis of FEM numerical simulation. The results show that FEM numerical simulation offers the instructions to spinning formation, and can increase the ratio of eligibility and reduce the cost and shorten the time.
