摘要
基于有限段方法,给出了简化的凸轮机构动力学模型,并对该模型进行了运动学分析.依据Kane方程建立了高速凸轮机构梁式柔性构件的动力学方程,并用该方法编制了高速凸轮机构动力学分析的应用程序.数值计算结果表明,有限段方法是进行高速凸轮机构动力学分析的一种较好方法.
The simplified dynamic modeling of cam mechanisms is given according to finite-segment method, and the kinematic analyses of this dynamic modeling are obtained. Furthermore, the dynamic equations of cam mechanisms with beam-like flexible members are established based on Kane's equations. The computer program of analysis for high-speed cam mechanisms is formed according to the dynamic equations. Numerical results show that the finite-segment method is a better procedure for the dynamic analysis of high-speed cam mechanisms.
