精神病防治康复社区干预研究

Study on Community Intervention about Mental Disease Prevention and Recovery

目的:研究社区干预对精神病患者的防治与康复效果。方法:2004年1月对某社区居民进行精神病筛查出的精神病患者336例(资料完整的有315例)采取有针对性的药物、心理、工疗、护理等综合性社区干预,并对干预前后患者的健康状况、劳动能力和生存质量进行对比分析。结果:社区干预使康复措施的落实率由干预前的63.2%上升到干预后的99.7%;患者的病情改善率由18.1%上升为43.2%;患者的全劳动力和半劳动力由13.0%上升为33.0%;干预后患者的生存质量显著高于干预前的水平(P<0.01)。结论:社区干预能显著提高精神病患者的健康状况和生存质量。

Objective：To research the effect of community intervention on the prevention and cure as well as recovery of mental disease. Methods： From January 2004 to December 2006,336 cases of mental diseases diagnosed in a community were given comprehensive measures of intervention and recovery, such as pharmacotherapy, psychotherapy, labor treatment and nursing etc. After 5 years＇community intervention, 315 cases got complete data. Their clinical features, working capability and quality of life of before and after the intervention were compared. Results： After the intervention, there were more patients took the recuperative measures,from 63.2% increased to 99.7% （P 〈0.01）. The amendment rate was increased from 18.1% to 43.2% （P 〈0.01 ）. The working capability were increased, the ratio of full and half working capability was increased from 13.0% to 33.0% （P 〈 0.01 ）. The quality of life measured by COOP/WONACA, QL - index and KPS were markedly higher than before（ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion： Community intervention may significandy improve the health condition and life quality of the people with mental disease.
