曲美他嗪治疗心肌缺血64例

Clinical Effects of 64 Myocardial Ischemia Patients Treated with Trimetazidine Dihydrochloried

目的:观察曲美他嗪治疗心肌缺血的疗效。方法:选择有心电图ST-T改变的患者128例,依数字随机法分为2组,对照组64例,给予硝酸盐制剂、β-受体阻滞剂等常规治疗。治疗组64例在常规治疗的基础上加曲美他嗪20 mg,tid,疗程4周。结果:治疗组在心悸、胸闷、气促、乏力,心电图ST-T改善方面较对照组有统计学意义(P<0.01),且无明显不良反应。结论:在常规药物治疗心肌缺血的基础上加用曲美他嗪,可以明显提高疗效。

Objective： To observe the effects of Trimetazidine Dihydrochloried in treating myocardial ischemia. Method： To divide 64 patients who have the ST - T changes of ECG into two groups randomly, the control group had sixty patients, who were given ordinary treatment involving nitrate medicine and β -blockers etc. besides above the treatment group were given the therapy with Trimetazidine Dihydrochloried 20 mg rid. The period of theray was four weeks. Result： The treatment group was betten than the control group on heartthrob , thorax - depressed, breathe hard, lassitude and the ST - T changes of electrocardiogram statistically, and also had no evident side - effects. Conclusion： It is evidence that ordinary drugs plus Trimetazidine Dihydrochloride in treating myocardial ischemia have a better effect.
