混合阶矢量有限元分析轴对称谐振腔

摘要 介绍了一种用于分析轴对称谐振腔的混合阶矢量有限元法。该方法将求解域分区,分别采用不同阶的三角形单元进行离散;单元内的场采用叠层型矢量、标量基函数进行展开。通过在异阶三角形单元的公共边上施加连续性条件,将采用不同阶单元的区域耦合在一起进行混合计算。采用这种混合阶有限元方法计算了一个重入式同轴谐振腔的本征频率,结果表明,该方法在计算机内存需求、计算精度方面均具有一定的优越性。 A kind of mixed - order vector finite element method for axial - symmetric cavities is introduced. The computational domain is divided into several regions which are dispersed by different -order hierarchical triangular elements. The field in the element is expanded by hierarchical scalar and vector basis functions. By enforcing same continuous conditions on the common edge of different - order triangle, different - order regions are combined together. A coaxial re - entrant cavity is computed using this method. The results validated the efficiency of the mixed - order FEM in the precision and memory saving.
