摘要
研究了慢性拥挤胁迫对鲤Cyprinus carpio的生长及血液生化指标的影响,探讨了它们之间的相互关系。结果表明:经养殖28 d后,高密度组(70 g/L)鲤的终体重、特定生长率均显著低于中密度组(35g/L)和低密度组(对照组,密度6 g/L,P<0.05),中密度组鲤的终体重、特定生长率也低于低密度组,但差异不显著(P>0.05);高密度组和中密度组鲤血清中尿素氮水平极显著高于低密度组(P<0.01),高密度组与中密度组间差异显著(P<0.05);高密度组鲤皮质醇水平显著高于低密度组(P<0.05);高密度组鲤血清中游离脂肪酸、谷草转氨酶、谷丙转氨酶含量均极显著高于低密度组和中密度组(P<0.01);而高密度组血清总蛋白却极显著低于低密度组和中密度组(P<0.01);血糖、乳酸、胆固醇、甘油三酯和肌酐水平,3个组间无显著差异(P>0.05)。
The effects of chronic crowding stress on growth and blood biochemical indexes were studied in common carp Cyprinus carpio L. weighing (55.57 ± 10.27)g at high(70 g/L) , median (35 g/L)and low (6 g/L, as a control)stocking densities. The results showed that there were significantly lower final body weight and specific growth rate (SGR) in the high density group than those in the middle density group and control group (P 〈 0.05). The fish in the middle density group had lower body weight and SGR than those in control group without significant difference ( P 〉 0.05). There was significantly higher blood urea nitrogen in the middle density group than that in the control group ( P 〈 0.01 ), but no significant difference in other blood indexes between middle density group and control group ( P 〉 0.05 ). There were significantly higher blood cortisol ( P 〈 0. 05 ), glutamic pyruvic aminotransferase, glutamic oxaloacetic aminotransferase, urea nitrogen and free fatty acid levels ( P 〈 0. 01 ) in the high density group than those in the control group, but there was very significantly lower serum total protein levels in the high density group than that in the control group (P 〈 0.01 ). For other indexes, however, no significant difference was found between high density group and control group ( P 〉 0.05).
