摘要
目的观察歼击机飞行员和地面人员动态视力情况,为制定飞行员相关体检标准提供依据。方法用system2000前庭功能检查系统对26名歼击机飞行员和15名地面人员进行检测。首先检测静态视力,然后让受试者水平左右摆头,头动速度达100°·s-1时测动态视力。结果当水平摆头头动速度达100°·s-1时,飞行员动态视力(双眼向右运动-0.19±0.09,向左运动-0.20±0.09)与静态视力(-0.22±0.08)比较差异无显著性(P>0.05),而地面人员动态视力(双眼向右运动-0.10±0.07,向左运动-0.07±0.06),明显小于静态视力(-0.15±0.06,P<0.05)。结论歼击机飞行员受前庭刺激后,其动态视力明显好于地面人员,飞行训练对动态视力产生一定影响。
Objective To investigate the dynamic visual acuity in fighter plane pilots and in ground personnels, so as to provide the basis for formulating the standard related to physical examination of pilots. Methods Visual acuity of twenty six fighter plane pilots and fifteen healthy ground personnels were tested by system 2000 (vestibular function testing system) under two conditions: firstly, head stable(static acuity); secondly, horizontal sinnsoidal head rotations of 100°· s^-1 (dynamic visual acuity). Results No significant difference between static acuity( - 0.22±0.08) and dynamic acuity(both eye right moving: -0.19 ± 0.09, left moving: -0.20± 0.09)in pilots was found when the head horizontal rotation was at 100°· s^-1 ( P 〉 0.05). Dynamic visual acuity (both eye right moving: - 0.10± 0.07, left moving: - 0.07 ± 0.06) was significantly lower than static acuity( - 0.15± 0.06, P 〈 0.05) in ground personnels. Conclusions The dynamic visual acuity in fighter pilots after vestibular stimulation was evidently better than that in ground personnels suggesting that flight training may in ofluence the dynamic visual acuity.
